東江源區(qū)水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)保護(hù)與修復(fù)規(guī)劃
東江源區(qū)水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)保護(hù)與修復(fù)規(guī)劃涉及水資源問題較多，修復(fù)治理難度較大。本規(guī)劃遵循因地制宜、突出重點(diǎn)的原則，對東江源區(qū)水土流失、稀土礦跡、水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)退化等主要問題進(jìn)行治理及修復(fù)。在系統(tǒng)分析該區(qū)水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)存問題的基礎(chǔ)上，深入剖析導(dǎo)致上述問題的主要因素，采取工程與非工程措施解決影響水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康及安全的關(guān)鍵問題，遏制該區(qū)生態(tài)資源退化與水環(huán)境惡化的趨勢，促進(jìn)水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)良性循環(huán)，通過各項(xiàng)水生態(tài)保護(hù)及修復(fù)措施的實(shí)施，保障生態(tài)安全，藉此保證對粵、港供水安全，促進(jìn)東江源區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
The planning of aquatic ecosystem protection and restoration planning in Dongjiangyuan involves a large area and complex treatment problems. According to the principles of adjust measures to local conditions, firstly we do the treatments in water and soil loss, damaged water ecosystems. After systematic analysis about existing problems, we take both structural measures and non-structural measures to solve the emphasized problems such as ecological resources degeneration, water pollution, and drinking water security. Through the various water ecosystem protection measures, we devoted to create a sustainable development mode in Dongjiangyuan Area.
