貴陽(yáng)市水資源綜合管理項(xiàng)目
貴陽(yáng)市位于中國(guó)西南云貴高原東部，是貴州省省會(huì)和中國(guó)西南地區(qū)重要的交通樞紐、工業(yè)基地及商貿(mào)旅游服務(wù)中心。隨著西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的深入實(shí)施，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)快速發(fā)展，水資源瓶頸問(wèn)題逐漸凸顯。為有效解決貴陽(yáng)市水資源管理面臨的主要問(wèn)題，我們的技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)承擔(dān)了貴陽(yáng)市水資源綜合管理項(xiàng)目。本項(xiàng)目在對(duì)貴陽(yáng)市水資源管理現(xiàn)狀及面臨挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行充分調(diào)研與分析的基礎(chǔ)上，借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的水資源管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，將水資源保護(hù)、開發(fā)、利用各環(huán)節(jié)協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一起來(lái)，統(tǒng)籌考慮城市防洪、排澇、供水、節(jié)水、污水處理以及水環(huán)境保護(hù)與治理等問(wèn)題，提出貴陽(yáng)市水務(wù)一體化建設(shè)性意見。其成果的實(shí)施，全面提升了貴陽(yáng)市水資源管理水平，有效緩解貴陽(yáng)市的水資源供需矛盾，推動(dòng)全市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)走上可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路。
Located in south-western of Yun Nan-Gui Zhou Plateau, Guiyang city is the important traffic hub in south-western region. Currently, obvious water resource problems impede local economic and social development. To solve water resource problems, our professionals undertake water resource comprehensive management project. We analyze and research water resource management situation and the challenges, make reference for international experience, and integrate different steps on water resource protection, development, utilization, analyze and research problems such as urban flood control, flood drain, water supply, water saving, sewage treatment and water environment protection and government, arise suggestion on water integration. The implementation of related works will enhance water resource management level comprehensively, efficiently relieve water resource demand-supply contradiction, and push forward social and economic sustainable development.
