淮北市采煤沉陷區(qū)水資源綜合開發(fā)利用研究
本課題以淮北市境內(nèi)距離較近的臨渙和海孜煤礦采煤沉陷區(qū)為重點(diǎn)研究區(qū)域,針對(duì)淮北市水資源開發(fā)利用的特點(diǎn)和存在的問題,探索研究采煤沉陷區(qū)水資源綜合開發(fā)利用中的理論和技術(shù)問題,為采煤沉陷區(qū)的有效利用提供技術(shù)支持。緩解了淮北市日益嚴(yán)峻的水資源制約瓶頸和構(gòu)建水資源優(yōu)化配置和承載能力體系,為支撐淮北市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。
This paper focuses on the study area of Linhuan and Haizi coal mining subsidence areas, which are close to the territory of Huaibei City. Aiming at the characteristics and existing problems of water resources development and utilization in Huaibei City, this paper explores the theoretical and technical problems in the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of water resources in coal mining subsidence area, and provides technical support for the effective utilization of coal mining subsidence area. It is of great strategic significance to alleviate the bottleneck of water resources in Huaibei City and to construct the water resources optimal allocation and carrying capacity system to support the sustainable development of social economy in Huaibei City.
