寶雞市渭河綜合治理工程詳細(xì)規(guī)劃



      該項(xiàng)目是以渭河河道為軸線，兩岸向外各1.5公里進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)，全長(zhǎng)約206公里。結(jié)合甲方訴求、實(shí)地踏勘和現(xiàn)狀分析研究，本著“科學(xué)治理，遵循自然”的規(guī)劃理念，按照“人水和諧、水陸統(tǒng)籌、生態(tài)景觀與治理工程結(jié)合、治理規(guī)劃與城市規(guī)劃相協(xié)調(diào)”的原則，在加強(qiáng)城市防洪體系建設(shè)的前提下，結(jié)合城市規(guī)劃，逐步開展河道清障、水污染治理、水生態(tài)修復(fù)、濱水景觀營(yíng)造、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等工程建設(shè)。此外，在綜合規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)上，選取典型節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行示范性設(shè)計(jì)，強(qiáng)化節(jié)點(diǎn)的表現(xiàn)形式，為規(guī)劃的后期推進(jìn)和工程設(shè)計(jì)提供參照。

      In this project plan, with the length of 206km, the Wei River channel is axis and extend 1.5 km on both riverbank sides as planning region. Due to the considerations of investors’ demands, site visiting and current analysis, the project contains a lot of engineering. Meanwhile, thinking of the theories of scientific management, taking obeys to law of nature, following the instructions of integrated managing water resources and human beings, and considering coordination strategy between urban planning and managing, the project start a wide range of engineering such as cleaning river channel, wastewater treatment, water ecology restoration, waterfront landscape building, and industrial development.  What is more, based on the integrated planning, the project selects some nodes as designing samples to show and strengthen the pattern of manifestation for the further construction and engineering planning and designing.
